After spending a small fortune on birth announcements and not wanting to do the same for my baby’s first Christmas card, I decided to create and print my own cards. I soon found out that many people felt the same way! Now for a small fee you can have beautiful custom photo cards and then print or email them at a price that suits you!
the card crate has taken me from a Stay At Home Mom to a Work At Home Mom. Thank you for making this possible.

By purchasing a photo card you agree to all of terms outlined under The Fine Print.

You are purchasing a .jpg file formated to be printed as a 4x6” photo unless otherwise discussed.

Copyright Notice:
It is illegal for the card crate to use any copyrighted material without the permission of the photographer or the company that holds the copyright of the material. By emailing a photo for use in your custom photo card, you agree that you are the photographer or have documented permission from the copyright holder or photographer. You also agree that you take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold The Card Crate or any of its employees liable for any misuse of any copyrighted material.

All card designs are property of the card crate and are to be used for private uses only.

the card crate does not take any responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.

All custom photo cards, in their original colors and fonts, have been printed-tested. If you choose to change colors or fonts, you are responsible for print quality.

You should approve all photo cards before printing them. If there are errors, they will GLADY and QUICKLY be corrected at no charge (even AFTER you have approved them). However, refunds will not be granted for the cost of printing if you have already printed the photo cards.

If you decided to change photo card designs once work has already begun on the initial photo card choice, an additional fee will be charged.
About Your Photos:
Your custom photo card will look its best if you send a .jpg file with a resolution of 300dpi or higher. (We will let you know if the file is too small if you have no clue what this means!) We will not take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.
You can send your photo in color or black & white. If you would like your photo changed to black & white or sepia tone, no problem (and no charge). Just include your wishes in your initial email. Your photo will be cropped to fit the specified area on the photo card. Again, if you have any requests about cropping, just let us know in the email.
Also, we will not use your photo in any way, other than the intended purpose of creating your card, without your written permission.
